Wellness appointments are primarily virtual. Clients must be physically located in Texas for their appointment. Outside Texas? Contact us for an eligibility review before booking.
Please mention Sacred Roots Wellness when calling or texting. Do not send medical history or sensitive health information through general email or text.

Wellness: A credit card is required when booking. A $50 fee applies to missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice. Review and acknowledge the full policy in Aesthetic Record before confirming.

CPR/BLS: Group minimum fees apply even if fewer than three registered participants attend. Full payment is due seven days before class, or upon confirmation for bookings within seven days. The organizer confirms the roster and blended-course completion certificates 48 hours before class.
